今回は空港や飛行機がテーマのおすすめ小説を紹介していきます。
あの空の下で

『あの空の下で』は、ANAグループの機内誌『翼の王国』の人気連載をまとめた短編小説です。
12個の短編と6つの街での出会いを綴ったエッセイの2構成で、どれも10ページくらいなのでスキマ時間でもサクッと読めます。
個人的には3つ目の『モダンタイムス』という短編がよかったですね。
「特に目的もなく、なんとなく飛行機に乗って知らない街に行って帰る」
という趣味を持った人が登場します。
このちょっとリッチな趣味がめちゃいいなと思って、真似したくなりました。
空港にて
『空港にて』は、希望がテーマになっている短編小説です。
舞台は空港・公園・居酒屋などさまざまです。
どの作品でも一貫しているのが、今いる環境を飛び出す、新たな一歩を踏み出すといったこと。
短編集で、全てが空港・飛行機に関係するものではないですが、どの作品も読みやすく感情移入してしますシーンもあります。
今の環境にモヤモヤを抱えていたり、何か新しいことを始めようか迷っている方のヒントになるかもしれません。
